After his Wall St. and start-up experiences, he began renovations at one of his family-owned hotels and, soon after, facilitated the. acquisition and repositioning of the Inn at Saratoga, one of Hilton’s first and award-winning Tapestry Collection hotels in California. This experience immersed him in hotel development, renovation execution, financing, brand conversion, and daily operations. Outside work, Ashis enjoys cooking, trying wines from around the world, running, swimming, and playing sports with his two children.

Kirt has extensive experience in hotel information technology, software deployment, network infrastructure, and management. He is currently the CEO of Lit Pipe, which simplifies business connectivity by directly collaborating with all major service providers to provide operational efficiency for his clients. He is also the founder and CEO of Kyber Networks, which has become a leading high-speed network integration and technical support services provider for the hospitality industry.
